Review: Director Anne Fontaine has done a very good job of directing four main characters in the movie I love. Naomi Watts as Lille and Robin Wright as Roz are beautiful, wonderful, great friends from childhood and cherish each other advice and tips. Each has a son and son Ian Lils (Xavier Samuel Twilight) And Rozs son Tom (James Frecheville) grow as best friends, swimming and surfing in the beautiful waters. All four, Lille and Roz on the beach, enjoy the sun, sand and placing Ian and Tom in surfing water make a great foursome. Ian and Roz be confused with lesbians just because they show no interest in other men. Well, Roz has a husband, but Ian has a strong passionate feelings about Roz. He is in love with Roz. Originally Lil thinks it is amazing that her best friend who knows Ian as a baby can be sexually involved with her son. She, in turn, ended piston Toms sexual advances. Ian has a real feel for Roz and Tom have sexual feelings for Lil. Finally, the friends decide to end the relationship and leave them young gods at large. Ian never wanted to be away from Roz while Tom was involved with another young stage actress when he was away in Sydney for one month. Robin Wright is scary as Roz and Naomi Watts as Lille is excellent. Both actresses come across as real friends, not jealous, no intolerance, no convictions. very nice. better editing. Like Robin Wright as Roz. Oscar nomination? maybe. |
