Review: Closed Circuit was good, though plain, tension of the film. Film had a strong start, but a poor end, and somewhere in the middle loses power and began to plod along its inevitable conclusion. The story itself is trying the limits of reality and offers the main characters with little heat and failed to generate much empathy. The question of cheating the government in the manner of handling unimaginative and failed to create a sense of fear and outrage. But the film talk about creating a certain level of tension, although weakened. Question retained hide the story and adds an element of tension. But they are not heroes, which makes it anticlimactic end. The fact that some scenes are set in a football game is common. Furthermore, the suspected victim of a miscarriage of justice is hardly worthy of empathy and the same goes for his family, especially the fourteen year old son, who is one of the youngsters. The acting is cheesy, uninteresting film, the story is predictable twists and themes of the movie confused. Still, this movie is a must watch because it dramatizes what happens when the truth is suppressed and transparency are discarded in favor of secrecy. |
